GRITIT was established as the first company in the UK to focus exclusively on winter gritting.As market leaders in the Winter Risk Management industry we are dedicated to delivering excellence and offer unrivalled solutions and value to our diverse and quality driven client base.Our expertise of more than ten years is perpetually fed by innovation. We have evolved from a gritting business into a company who deliver protection against Ice Related Risks on financial and operational levels for large and medium sized businesses across the UK. We tailor any combination of solutions to suit the unique needs of any business wanting to minimise the impact of winter weather.We are aware that our business by its very nature has an impact on the environment, and we are committed to continually improving what we do to minimise that impact and prevent pollution. We are also committed to complying with applicable legal requirements and with other requirements to which we may subscribe. As part of our commitment to managing our environmental impact we have implemented a company management system meeting the requirements of ISO 14001:2004 which provides a framework for setting and reviewing environmental objectives and targets. This policy is communicated to all staff and is available to the public, and will be periodically reviewed for continuing suitability.
