Dogwalkers endured heavy snow showers yesterday as a brutal Siberian storm heads for Britain.
The icy blast caught everyone off guard and brought the mild winter to an abrupt end.
But forecasters warned of much worse to come, with bitterly-cold winds sweeping their way across from Russia – by Wednesday parts of Britain are expected to hit –4C.
